David is an Architectural Technologist seeking to become fully accredited, having achieved a 1st Class Honours degree on a CIAT accredited Architectural Technology course. He is currently an Associate member of CIAT.

Prior to joining Solace Property Consultancy in 2015, David spent 4 years freelancing working with building surveyors, architects, technologists and contractors in an effort to gain experience and develop his skills, as well expose him to working on a variety of different building types ranging from commercial and industrial units to office accommodation, health care properties and residential development.

David concentrates on design and developing the concept through to construction, with focus on concept and detail design, authority applications, technical design and construction detailing for all project types. He has experience of commercial property refurbishment projects as well as office space planning and car park design.

He enjoys his work at Solace and being part of a team that encourages good design practice and working through challenges to provide effective design solutions.
