Gurpreet is an Architectural Technician who joined Solace Property Consultancy in April 2022. Gurpreet graduated from University of Wolverhampton achieving a degree in Architectural Design Technology. He is currently an Associate member of CIAT and looking to get his chartership.

Prior to joining Solace, Gurpreet spent 5 years building up his knowledge and experience in different sectors such as Residential, Health Care & Retail. Since joining us Gurpreet has been working on Commercial and Industrial developments.

Gurpreet works on developments from concept design through to construction, with focus on concept and detail design, authority applications, technical design and construction detailing for all project types. He also has experience in 3d laser scan surveying, which gives more accurate and detailed floor plans & elevations when producing existing plans.
