Peter is a Chartered Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer with over 41 years’ experience in the UK advising a broad range of landowners, investors and developers on values, asset strategies and providing corporate support.

Having spent 25 years with Chesterton and seven with Atisreal/Fuller Peiser/BNP Paribas Real Estate, Peter joined Solace in 2011 as a general practice consultant to broaden the firm’s exposure to clients and to expand the complementary advice capabilities of a focussed practice. Key clients include Calthorpe Estates, Pirelli UK Tyres, Western Power Distribution, a number of SIPP providers and Solicitors seeking Expert Witness Valuations.

Throughout his career Peter has advised on a wide range of projects from investment sales and acquisitions, public and private sector development and regeneration worth from £1 million to over £200 million and has carried out valuations for many purposes including financial reporting from £100,000 up to £100 million.

The smaller focussed environment created by Solace enables Peter to enjoy direct close relationships with the firm’s client base.
