Suresh is a Chartered Building Surveyor with in excess of 17 years’ experience working in both a client side capacity and within the private sector. Suresh has worked for a number of surveying practices, including NAI Fuller Peiser, BNP Paribas Real Estate and CS2, all based in Birmingham. Suresh has also worked client side namely for Veolia and Rexel.

Suresh joined Solace in March 2020 to assist with the increased workload.

Throughout his career Suresh has been involved with a number of project related instructions including extensions and refurbishment works on varying building types.

Suresh offers a dynamic and flexible approach drawing on his experience with clients on a wide range of industrial, retail and commercial projects.

Suresh’s expertise also includes pre acquisition surveys, defects analysis, dilapidations instructions acting for both landlord and tenant and planned maintenance.
