Tracey is the Office Manager and PA to the Directors. She has over 33 years’ experience working within the property industry with previous spells with McCarthy & Stone, The David Back Group, Lambert Smith Hampton and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Tracey has an in depth understanding of several fields of property consultancy having provided support at a senior level to agency, valuation, building consultancy, lease advisory and corporate real estate teams.

Tracey moved to Solace in 2010, soon after the office was established, to develop its internal procedures and provide a front of house service. Today she is responsible for ensuring the firm’s Quality Management System is adhered to, office administration, team coordination and secretarial services.
